Alba Smart – Warpcom’s and Telefónica’s innovative project on Smart Cities
Warpcom, in partnership with Telefónica, is developing an innovative Smart Cities project: “Alba Smart”.
Presented at the 9th Green Cities Intelligence and Sustainability Forum, “Alba Smart” positioned the cities of Almendralejo and Badajoz on the map of smart and online cities, bringing together local government and citizens.
The provision of crucial information for a more efficient, effective and transparent decision-making process allows local government and managers of these Spanish cities to better manage public services, energy resources and the environment.
Last but not least, is the resulting improvement of the citizens’ quality of life and the interaction of these with the surrounding environment.
