APCC held the 19th edition of its Annual Conference in a face-to-face format – a reference event for the Contact Centers Sector in Portugal that this year was dedicated to the theme “Contact Centers Portugal: People Are Our Core To Success!”.
With the integration of Warpcom in Grupo Evolutio, we now have a leading and complete offer for Contact Centers. And it was precisely about the way technology addresses its demanding challenges that our CEO, Pedro Morão, spoke in the panel “Contact Centers of the future and the interaction between agents and automation”.
