“The challenge that may be posed will be a cultural issue of those in charge of the companies to realise that mobility is an imperative need nowadays. Employees no longer consider not having this flexibility. In the case of Portugal, we still have a somewhat traditional business fabric that is forced by the market to keep talents and new generations attracted within the company”.
