The partnership makes it possible to provide cyber-resilience services exclusively in the Portuguese market, far beyond the traditional backup solutions that can be found on the market. These services guarantee organizations full protection of their data and the continuity of their operations even in the event of attacks or security incidents. Data recovery is free of charge.
Lisbon, January 10, 2023 – Druva, a tech company with a recognized cloud data protection platform, named Warpcom, an Iberian ICT company that was already part of the restricted number of worldwide Druva partners with Elite status, has appointed Warpcom as the sole Managed Services Provider (MSP) for the Portuguese market.
Under this partnership, Warpcom makes Druva’s cyber-resilience platform available for SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Salesforce, endpoints, physical and virtual infrastructures and databases in private and public cloud. Everything from a managed service point of view, that is, the customer does not have to worry about its implementation, updating, monitoring, support and daily management.
“Cyber-resilience is the ability of an organization to continue its operations even after a security incident or data loss, which allows greater confidence in the storage and recovery process of this type of situation. As Druva’s MSP, this is what we guarantee our customers, combining our position as an integrator and service provider with Druva’s excellence as a visionary in this type of offer”, says Hugo Silva, Business Unit Manager Data Center & Multi Cloud at Warpcom.
It should be noted that with the Druva platform, data recovery is completely free, without any hidden cost, unlike most solutions on the market.
“We chose Druva to enrich our portfolio in this area due to its vision of cyber-resilience solutions, its capacity to quickly implement new features, for being fully SaaS, its low TCO, for eliminating the so-called ‘7-vendor problem‘, and, not least, because there is a single cost that includes application and storage costs”, highlights Hugo Silva.
Warpcom has implemented the Druva platform in data protection projects for on-premises infrastructure, such as VMware, Microsoft servers and SQL databases, as well as data protection projects for Microsoft 365 accounts. This year it will start protecting workloads in Azure.
Druva’s platform is recognized as a visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and a leader in the Forrester New Wave.
