Lisbon, November 18, 2021 – Warpcom, an Iberian ICT company, has just been acquired by Evolutio, a Spanish multinational specialising in cloud services integration. This operation will allow the creation of synergies that favour the growth of both companies, the leadership in the Iberian market and the reinforcement of the investment in the international market.
